Product

All products are made and finished by hand. Small imperfections or repairs can occur. Colours can look different on screens and might slightly differ from the real product.

The items are made to order unless otherwise specified. Depending on current orders allow 1 to 3 weeks for your order to be send, plus the amount of days it takes to ship. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed, with the scheduled ship date for your order.

The Mosh scarves are knitted in a Jacquard technique. The pattern is on one side and on the back there is a birds-eye stitch.

Care

Merino wool is antibacterial by nature. This means that it will not give off bad smells easily. Just air overnight, and your garment will be nice and fresh again. 

To protect your piece from moths and to remove stains it’s recommended to wash on a regular basis. Moths are mostly attracted to the proteins in visible or unvisible stains. Fully grown moths and aren’t harmfull. The moth larvae are and eat trough the wool. Besides wasing it’s also advisable to store your item in a reclosable bag or box.

Wash by hand:

1. Use cold or luke-warm water and mix it with some mild liquid soap. You can use special wool washing fluids.
2. Submerge the garment in the water and let it soak for about 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Carefully rinse the garment in warm water. Don’t agitate or rub it too much.
4. Gently squeeze as much water as you can from the garment. Do not twist or wring the garment.
5. Wrap the garment in a towel. Gently squeeze or wring the towel. Unwrap, lay it flat on a new towel and let it air dry in a cool place. Don’t place it in direct sunlight.

Be careful when wearing or changing knitwear – knitted surface can quickly stick to jewellery or other accessories and can damage knitted surface.

Payment

Is done directly when checking out an product or after confirmation on pre-order items. Payments can be done with credit card or iDeal and are proccesed by Stripe. The prices are indicated in EUR and don’t include VAT. Shipping is non-refundable and paid by the costumer. 

Shipping

Packages are sent from Rotterdam, The Netherlands. We offer sending with PostNL. You will receive tracking information once the item is shipped.

Average shipping times:
1-2 days within The Netherlands
4-15 days for every other country
2-4 days within EU countries

Shipping rates:
€ 6,75 within The Netherlands
€ 13,00 to EU countries
€ 30,00 to every other country

International packages will be marked as merchandise for their full value in Euro on customs declaration forms. Some countries may charge a duty depending on the value of the package. 

Returns

Every order is knitted especially for you with great care. Please read the product description and care instructions carefully before your purchase. Feel free to ask any questions you have before you place an order at sebastian@monobrau.com.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back within 14 days of receiveing your order. Please contact me at sebastian@monobrau.com if you would like to return your item. All return goods must be unworn and in the original packaging. Please note that only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the costumer at their own cost. The costumer is responsible for return shipping costs.  

We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the transit. 

Returns are normally processed within one week after receiveing your return.
